If you are using our Services, we may request and process with your consent your personal information including your name, e-mail address, telephone number, Emirates, and more in accordance with the services offered, and the information requested by any third party.
You may give us information about you by registering on our application and using the services offered on it. Our application offers location-based services, so we capture your location information while you are using our services.

(b) Information we collect about you:
With regard to each of your visits to our Services, we may automatically collect the following information:
technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system; and
information about your visit; services you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits, and page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs).

We use your personal information for the following purposes where permitted by applicable law as follows:

(a) Where this is necessary for purposes which are in our, or third parties, legitimate interests. These interests are:

  • Auditing usage of our Services;
  • To process and respond to inquiries, and provide our services;

  • User can find you in community services if he/she is nearby to connect with you for pet services.
  • Camera/ Photos to upload your profile or pet pictures for the services in application.

  • Complying with any applicable legislation.

4.1 We may also share your personal information with third parties including certain service providers we have retained in connection with our organisation activity, such as adoption agencies or other necessary entities.

(e) Information Collected Automatically Through the use of Tracking Technology

We use information collected through the use of Tracking Technologies (e.g. cookies and web beacons) to:

  • Authenticate your access;
  • Keep track of your in-app specified preferences or choices;
  • Record your device’s location and movements;
  • Identify and contact you across multiple devices;
  • Monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, members, traffic, and demographic patterns;
  • Provide specific technical support (diagnose or fix technology problems reported by our members or engineers that are associated with certain IP addresses or User IDs;
  • Detect or prevent fraud or other harmful activities;
  • Automatically update our mobile application on your system and related devices; and Otherwise, plan for and enhance our Services.

Information We Collect When You Use or Interact with our Products and Services or Users

We may collect other information when you use our Products and Services or users, such as:

  • Location and Movement Information. We collect your location and motion information through your IP address, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS coordinates (e.g., latitude/longitude) available through your mobile device, motion information such as altitude, heading and speed.
  • Driving Event Information. We may collect sensory and motion data from your mobile device including gyroscope, accelerometer, compass and Bluetooth (including information related to your motion activity such as whether you are cycling, walking, running or driving, and information about your speed, acceleration and deceleration).
  • Certain data we collect may be considered sensitive under applicable law. To the extent we collect sensitive personal information, we process such information for disclosed purposes as permitted by and in compliance with applicable law.

4.4 We may also disclose your personal information to any competent administrative or judicial authority in the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing in compliance with the Prevention of Money Laundering regulation, for the purposes of preventing any operation related to money laundering or terrorism financing.

    This cookie is essential for a single User to log in (using a username and password) and access restricted areas of the site. This cookie is deleted when you close your browser/application.
  2. Session (ASP.NET_SessionId)
    This cookie is a session cookie and is essential for a User to subscribe to the site. This cookie is deleted when you close your browser.
  3. Country dropdown (CountryCookieName)
    This cookie is used to store a selection made by a single User in the country filter and keep this selection across multiple visits to the site. It expires after a set amount of time and is not set again unless a User changes their cookie settings.

11. To Delete User Account & Data

If the user wants to delete the basic information or modifications or account deletion then user delete the account from his/her profile and information will be deleted from the profile/front end for other users.
